Use the original high-resolution (high-definition) artwork or photograph wherever possible. Avoid screenshots, thumbnails and images downloaded from social media, as these files are usually too small for high-quality printing. An image may look sharp on a phone or computer screen but still become blurred or pixelated when enlarged, which is why checking the image resolution needed for printing is so important before uploading.
REMOVE UNWANTED BACKGROUNDS
Any white or coloured background contained within your artwork will normally appear in the finished print. If you only want the artwork, logo or subject printed, supply a transparent PNG with the background removed. Check carefully around the edges for leftover colour, shadows or rough cut-outs, as these can become noticeable on the garment. Contact us before uploading if you need the background removed professionally.
CHECK THE SIZE, DETAIL AND PLACEMENT
Consider how large you want the finished design to appear and whether every element will remain clear at that size. Extremely small lettering, very thin lines and tightly packed details may become difficult to reproduce cleanly on fabric. Leave sufficient space around important elements, make sure nothing has been accidentally cropped, and consider how the artwork's shape and proportions will sit on the chosen garment.

🎨 How do I know whether my artwork is good enough to print?
Artwork should ideally be supplied at the intended print size and around 300 dpi. Small images taken from websites or social media may become blurred or pixelated when enlarged. You can contact us before ordering and we will check your artwork for any obvious quality problems.

🖨️ Will you choose the most suitable printing method for my order?
Yes. In about 90% of cases, DTG is the most suitable printing method, and it is also our standard method when customers order through the website. However, the best option ultimately depends on the garment, artwork, quantity and intended use. DTF may be recommended for certain fabrics, placements or designs, and we will advise you if another method would produce a better result.

🌿 Do you supply ethical or organic T-shirts?
Yes. Our organic T-shirts and wider custom organic clothing range include garments made using certified organic cotton, with recycled materials available in selected styles. Depending on the product, recognised standards include GOTS for organic textile production, OEKO-TEX for testing against harmful substances and Fair Wear for improving working conditions within garment supply chains.

Our standard turnaround is 5–10 working days from artwork approval and payment. If your order is needed for an event, performance or school-leavers deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the required date is achievable. We can reuse the same production print or embroidery file, ensuring the artwork, scale and decoration position match the previous uniforms exactly. 🧼 How long will the printed design last?
For clothing worn and washed frequently, a professionally produced print should last for at least 12 months. With proper care, it can remain in good condition for several years. Wash printed garments inside out at a low temperature, avoid tumble-drying where possible and never iron directly over the design.

↩️ Can personalised T-shirts or hoodies be returned?
No. Personalised T-shirts, hoodies and other made-to-order garments cannot be returned because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size or no longer require them. Please check the garment, sizing, artwork and personalisation carefully before ordering. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced, contact us so we can investigate.
