Refund policy

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please note this covers consumer and wholesale items.

Other non-returnable items

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will also not refund any items delivered late or outside our 5-10 working days turnaround window.

Once your order has been processed to our printing facility, we cannot make any changes or cancel the order.

Do not send items back without checking with us first. Returning items without our knowledge or agreement may lead to you not receive a refund, and we won't be able to return the item to you. Always contact us first before returning an item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong thing. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, then your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
