Alternatively, contact our customer care team with your artwork and customisation requirements. We can help prepare your order by email and send you an invoice containing a secure payment link.

Use the highest-resolution version of your photograph available. A photograph taken on a modern smartphone at its highest-quality setting will usually contain enough detail, but older photographs, screenshots and images saved at a reduced size may produce a softer or less detailed print.

Your image should ideally be 300 dpi at the intended print size. If you are unsure, contact our customer care team before ordering, or read our guide to image resolution for custom printing.

You can add artwork to the front and back of a sweatshirt, but we do not currently offer sleeve printing. The maximum print area for an adult sweatshirt is 40 × 50 cm, while the maximum children’s print area is 380 × 480 mm. Artwork should be supplied at 300 dpi at the required print size.

The usable area may be smaller on certain garment sizes, so keep all important artwork inside the guidelines displayed in our online sweatshirt designer.

Yes. You can combine different sweatshirt colours and sizes within the same order. All qualifying garments still count toward the total order quantity, so you can receive the appropriate quantity discount even when the order includes a mix of colours and sizes.

Every sweatshirt product page includes a detailed size guide containing the available sizes and individual garment measurements. Scroll down to the product information tabs and open the size guide for the sweatshirt you are considering.

The most reliable approach is to measure a sweatshirt you already own and know fits well, then compare those measurements with the product size guide. This is generally more accurate than choosing solely from your usual labelled size.

The best option depends on your artwork and the finish you want. DTG printing is usually best for photographs, detailed illustrations, gradients and designs containing multiple colours because it produces a vibrant print with a soft feel.

Embroidery creates a raised, textured finish and works particularly well for smaller company logos, uniforms and frequently worn workwear. We normally recommend selecting a good-quality, well-constructed sweatshirt for embroidery so the fabric supports the stitched design properly.

Wash your sweatshirt inside out on a cool cycle at approximately 30°C. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents; do not tumble dry and never iron directly over the printed or embroidered area. Air-drying the garment and following its care label will help preserve both the sweatshirt and its decoration.

Artwork submitted through our online sweatshirt designer is not normally checked manually before production, so please review its size, position and image quality carefully before placing your order.

If you are concerned about your artwork, contact our customer care team and place the order with their assistance. The team can visually check the supplied file before processing your order. You can also review our artwork guidelines for help with resolution, file formats and print preparation.

Personalised sweatshirts normally cannot be returned or exchanged because we produce them to your specific requirements and cannot resell them. Please check the selected garment, size, colour, artwork and delivery details carefully before completing your order.

If your sweatshirt arrives with a production fault, incorrect item or printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide a clear photograph of the problem. Where the fault is ours, we will arrange an appropriate replacement in accordance with our refunds and reshipments policy.

Yes. Our range includes organic and more sustainably produced sweatshirts, including options from Stanley/Stella. Garment credentials vary by product, so check the individual product information when choosing your sweatshirt.

In everyday UK usage, personalised jumpers and personalised sweatshirts often refer to the same type of garment. A sweatshirt is normally a knitted jersey garment with a crew neck and a soft or brushed inner surface, while “jumper” is the broader term many customers use when searching for one.

On this page, both terms refer to sweatshirts you can customise with your own artwork, photograph, logo or text.

We do not accept customer-supplied sweatshirts for standard or smaller orders because fabric composition, surface quality and garment construction can affect the finished print.

We may consider suitable customer-supplied garments for orders of 50 or more, although production risk remains with the customer. For consistent results and full replacement cover in the event of a production error, we recommend ordering from our print-tested sweatshirt range. Our usual production time for personalised sweatshirts is approximately 5–10 working days, followed by delivery using your selected shipping method. Turnaround times may be longer during particularly busy periods.

If you need your order by a particular date, add the required date to the order notes on the cart page or contact our customer care team before ordering. We can usually prioritise time-sensitive orders when production capacity allows, but we can't guarantee an earlier delivery date unless we've expressly agreed to it.
