Original, high-definition photographs usually produce the best results. Choose a bright, sharply focused picture in which the people, pets or important details are easy to see. Yes. If you are uncertain about your photograph, contact us before ordering, and we can take a look. We’ll let you know whether it should produce a clear print or whether a better-quality version may be needed. We may also be able to suggest improvements to the cropping, positioning or overall layout. Our artwork guidelines provide additional help with suitable files and image preparation.

You can, but it may not produce the clearest result. Screenshots and images saved from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other apps are often reduced in quality. They may look sharp on a small phone screen but become blurred or pixelated when enlarged for printing. Wherever possible, upload the original photograph from the phone or camera that took it.

Yes. Your image can also be printed on a hoodie or sweatshirt. These provide excellent alternatives when you want something warmer or more substantial than a T-shirt. Choose the relevant garment, upload your photograph and personalise it using the online customiser.

In some cases, yes. We may be able to upscale and sharpen a small or older photograph to help make it production-ready. The result will depend on the quality and detail contained in the original file, as upscaling cannot always recover information that is completely missing.

You can also try the Vector Ink image upscaler before uploading your photograph. Always inspect the finished image carefully, particularly around faces and small details, as AI upscaling can occasionally alter parts of a photograph.

Try not to include so many photographs that important faces and details become too small to see clearly. A few well-chosen images will usually create a stronger custom picture T-shirt than a crowded layout.
