Organic and ethically sourced garments carry additional sourcing credentials, but choosing organic does not automatically mean choosing a better-quality T-shirt. Select the T-shirt you are interested in, then scroll down to the product-information tabs and open Size and Fit. It includes a comprehensive sizing guide with measurements and men’s and women’s size references for unisex T-shirts. Compare the information with your body measurements and, where garment measurements are provided, with a T-shirt you already own that fits comfortably. Check the guide for each style rather than relying only on your usual labelled size.

The final price includes the garment cost shown on the website plus a separate printing charge for each print location. A front design counts as one print location; adding a back design adds another printing charge. Your total therefore depends on the T-shirt you choose, the quantity and the number of print locations. We offer discounted rates for orders of 50 or more prints through our bulk T-shirt printing service.

As a general rule, we do not print on customer-supplied garments. Using our own range lets us maintain consistent results with T-shirts selected for their printability. We may consider customer-supplied T-shirts for a bulk order if we are familiar with the garment and have successfully printed on it before. Please discuss this with our support team and obtain agreement before purchasing or sending any clothing.

Yes. If you need simple wording, such as names, a celebration date or a short slogan, we may be able to help prepare it free of charge. More involved artwork or a full graphic-design service carries a small fee, which we will discuss with you before starting. Send our support team your ideas, any wording or images you want included, and the date of your Liverpool celebration so we can advise you.

Supply your artwork at the intended print size, ideally at 300 dpi. A high-resolution PNG works well, with a transparent background if you don't want a background in the print. If you're ordering through our support team, you can also send vector artwork so we can prepare it at the correct size.

We can reproduce your artwork on both light and dark T-shirts, but the contrast between the garment and the design affects how strongly it stands out. A white design will be more visible on a black T-shirt, while dark lettering will stand out more clearly on a light garment. Consider the colours in your artwork when choosing your T-shirt, and ask our team if you would like help selecting a suitable combination.

When you order through our online product designer, the design you create and approve visually serves as your mock-up. Carefully check the wording, spelling, artwork size and placement before completing your order. We don't normally check online designs manually before production, so contact our team before ordering if you need an artwork check.

Yes. Our high-capacity direct-to-garment printing machines can handle large runs of detailed, full-colour T-shirts as well as smaller orders. DTG suits photographs, illustrations, logos and designs with multiple colours, making it a practical option for band merchandise, festival clothing and larger business orders. Our team can help coordinate the garments, quantities and print requirements for your project.

We recommend placing your order at least four weeks before your event. Our typical production turnaround is 5–10 working days, but ordering early allows extra time for artwork approval, delivery and any changes needed before production.

If you need your T-shirts by a specific date, add the required delivery date to the order notes on the cart page or contact our support team directly. Please discuss urgent requirements with us before ordering so we can check whether your deadline is achievable.

Yes. Contact our support team with your name and the order number from your previous purchase. We retain artwork and production print files, so we can reuse the same file to keep results consistent on repeat orders. Let us know the quantities and sizes you need, and whether you want the same garment and colour, so we can check availability before arranging the order.

Wash your T-shirt inside out on a cool cycle at approximately 30°C. Do not tumble dry, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Iron inside out if needed, keeping the iron away from the printed area, and follow the garment’s care label. No. We do not operate a shop, collection point or customer-facing production premises in Liverpool. We arrange orders online or through our team and deliver them directly to your home, workplace, school, university or organisation anywhere in Liverpool and the surrounding districts.
